What do I get during the 14-day trial?
The full features of whichever plan you sign up for — no credit card required. At the end of the trial your subscription starts automatically, or you can cancel before then.
What counts as an "ad account"?
A Meta ad account corresponds to the account_id in your Meta Business Manager. Each Shopify store you run ads for typically has its own ad account.
What does "100 kill events / mo" mean on Starter?
Calatrix counts each real campaign pause (kill) it executes — not checks, only actual kills. The first 100 are included in your $39 / month. After that, each additional kill is billed at $0.10. Most Starter merchants never exceed the quota.
Why does rule cadence matter?
The faster Calatrix checks your campaigns, the sooner it can pause a losing one. Every 15 minutes means a campaign crossing your threshold is stopped within a quarter hour — versus waiting up to an hour on Starter.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
